Elements

• Epics: the top layer of requirements. Each Epic is detailed by one or more User Stories.
• User Stories: they describe the requirements in more detail. They are usually linked to an Epic. If this is not the case, they are called "Free User Stories" in TestBench.
• Test Cases: they hold information on how tests are to be performed. They are usually attached to a User Story. If this is not the case, they are referred to as "Free Test Cases" in TestBench.
• Defects: they are used to record and track problems, issues, bugs, anomalies, in fact Defects, found during testing - or sometimes just by accident. They are usually associated with a Test Execution. If this is not the case,  they are called "Free Defects" in TestBench.

Changes to all these elements are tracked in their history.
